These terms govern your use of domain.group and the domain-sale pages operated by Domain Group.

Listings & offers

Domain listings, prices, and availability may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice. Submitting an offer or inquiry does not create a binding agreement; a sale is only concluded when both parties agree and payment is secured through the chosen checkout provider.

Payments & transfers

Purchases are completed through third-party services such as Escrow.com or the listed registrar checkout, under their own terms. Ownership transfers only after the provider confirms payment. Buyer and seller are each responsible for any fees shown by the provider before payment.

Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false offers, spam the forms, attempt to bypass security measures, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
